1. Is my purchase secure?
Yes, your online purchase is safe and secure. By clicking on the 'buy' option you will be taken to the order form where www.mygate.co.za will handle your credit card transaction.
2. I don't have a credit card. How else can I pay?
You can also pay by cheque. Send a cheque made payable to STRINGWISE CC with your order and contact details to the following address:

N.B: Your order will only be dispatched after the cheque has cleared, which will take between 7 - 10 days. You will be notified when your order has been dispatched.
3. How long will it take to arrive?
As soon as payment is received, your order will be dispatched by registered post via the South African Post Office (www.sapo.co.za). Each order receives a tracking number which enables your order to be tracked from dispatch to delivery. Delivery times range from 5 - 7 days for domestic orders and 10 - 14 days for international orders.
4. What if it doesn't arrive after that time?
If your order has not arrived after that time, email info@jamesgrace.co.za with your order details.
5. Is postage the same for one as it is for two CDs?
Yes. Whether you choose to buy one or two CDs the postage is the same.
6. What if I want to place a bulk order?
